W. Mark Boomer, MD, is Chief of Pulmonology at RespirCare in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including St. Francis, Hillcrest Hospital, and Muscogee Creek Nation Medical Center. He has 33 years of experience. His specialties include Critical Care Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pulmonary Disease.

Tom Gresham, PA-C
Tom is a Tulsa native, former Marine, and retired Tulsa Police Officer. After retiring in 1989, he attended college and was accepted into the Oklahoma University College of Medicine Physician Assistant Program and graduated in 1995. Since then, he has practiced for 26 years in various practices including Emergency Medicine, Interventional Radiology, and now Pulmonology. Working with Dr. Boomer and his staff and patients has been a very rewarding experience. Dr. Boomer and his mid-level providers give their patients excellent care and want for them a positive outcome. He feels blessed to have been given this opportunity and serve his fellow Oklahomans once again.

Jeanie "Lesley" Smith PA-C
Lesley has practiced medicine in Tulsa for nearly 26 years. She has a special interest in hospice and palliative medicine and currently carries a graduate certificate in hospice and palliative care. She has nearly 26 years of hospital inpatient medicine and emergency medicine experience which includes the ICU, long-term acute care hospital(LTACH), and inpatient palliative care unit. She enjoys working with all types of pulmonary patients with many of them at the end stages of their pulmonary disease trajectory. She also enjoys the work Dr. Boomer puts before her, one of which is the ongoing creation of an in-home pulmonary program that enables patients with advanced pulmonary illness to be treated out of the hospital. This is done through a virtual medicine platform Dr. Boomer and Vapotherm specially designed.

Christina “Chrissy” Hulsey, APRN-CNP
Chrissy is a dual certified Nurse Practitioner collaborating care with Dr. Boomer. Chrissy is the daughter of a retired US Air Force pilot, therefore, leading her to live in many different cities while growing up. Chrissy moved to the Tulsa area with her husband, a native Tulsan, 20 years ago and now calls Tulsa her home. Chrissy has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Langston University. After 5 years as a registered nurse in the trauma intensive care unit and emergency room, Chrissy went on to continue her education with a Masters in Science of Nursing from Indiana State as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse practitioner from The University of Pennsylvania. Chrissy is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Chrissy is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In Chrissy's free time she likes spending time with her husband and 2 sons.

Jaemie Armiger, PA-C
Jaemie is a nationally certified Physician Associate working in collaboration with Dr. Boomer. Jaemie was raised in Pennsylvania and transplanted to Oklahoma in 1989. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant studies. She has enjoyed working in pediatrics, emergency medicine, and urgent care as well as primary care. Jaemie enjoys balancing her work life with exercise, gardening, reading, and outdoor activities of all kinds with her husband and dogs. She also enjoys movies and concerts with her son. Jaemie has a passion for sharing God’s grace and seeing lives restored to health.

Ashley Mahaffey, APRN-CNP
Ashley is a dual certified Nurse Practitioner at RespirCare who works collaboratively with Dr. Boomer. Ashley was raised in south Mississippi and attended the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After graduation, she worked as an intensive care unit nurse for eleven years where she developed a passion for pulmonology. Ashley continued her education at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama where she received a Master of Science in Nursing. Ashley is an American Nurses Credentialing Center dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and two small daughters, traveling, weekends at the lake, and cheering on the New Orleans Saints.
